Edgewater Federal Solutions is looking for a SWIFT Walk Up Support Technician in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact assisting users with technical queries in a walk-up service environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing immediate support, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience, a high school diploma, and U.S. Citizenship is required.

Knowledge of PC operations and customer help desk experience are essential.
