Workday Learning Support Technician

Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Workday Learning Support Technician to join our Team in Albuquerque,NM.

Handles incoming LMS issue received by phone or email and creates a service request or incident accordingly

Performs initial triage and support regarding reported LMS issues

Routes requests that are received to the appropriate team or escalation point

Provide technical assistance to the NTC students and users in response to requests submitted either in person via Jira ticketing, helpdesk emails, or by phone.

Respond to trouble tickets, follow up with user and resolve issue in a timely manner

Performs all duties according to established guidelines, SOPs and policies.

Communicate and elevate issues to Workday Learning Support Team Lead; work and communicate issues as necessary with other members of the IT Department

Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills are a must

Must be able to work as a productive team member and as an individual

Must be able to create, maintain, and follow technical documentation (SOPs)

Excellent troubleshooting skills are required

Proficient with Microsoft Windows, and Office

Familiar with Helpdesk ticketing systems

Experience with smart card multi-factor authentication

Associate’s degree, or a minimum of 2 years related work experience
