You'll help translate complex technical efforts into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and mission impact.

• 5+ years of experience supporting IT programs or technical project delivery
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Technical PM, or Agile Delivery Lead
• Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe
• Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) systems, directives, and policies
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience supporting data platforms, analytics programs, or AI/ML initiatives
• Experience with Dev Sec Ops  practices, CI/CD pipelines, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git Lab, or similar Agile or Dev Ops platforms
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and cloud‑native delivery models
• Knowledge of data engineering or data science concepts such as ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, or analytics workflows
• Possession of excellent communication skills
• Agile or Scrum certification such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI‑ACP Certification

Salary range: $62,000.00 to $ per year. The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
