Workday Learning Support Technician; Security Clearance

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handles incoming LMS issue received by phone or email and creates a service request or incident accordingly
• Performs initial triage and support regarding reported LMS issues
• Routes requests that are received to the appropriate team or escalation point
• Provide technical assistance to the NTC students and users in response to requests submitted either in person via Jira ticketing, helpdesk emails, or by phone.
• Respond to trouble tickets, follow up with user and resolve issue in a timely manner
• Performs all duties according to established guidelines, SOPs and policies.
• Communicate and elevate issues to Workday Learning Support Team Lead; work and communicate issues as necessary with other members of the IT Department

• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills are a must
• Must be able to work as a productive team member and as an individual
• Must be able to create, maintain, and follow technical documentation (SOPs)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills are required

• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, and Office
• Familiar with Helpdesk ticketing systems
• Experience with smart card multi-factor authentication

• Associate's degree, or a minimum of 2 years related work experience
