Systems Analyst, IT Project Manager
Salary Range: $64,087 - $84,916 - $105,744
Tech Business Project Manager IResponsible for business analysis and management of low‑level complexity technology projects, and assisting Senior Project Managers with the development and management of more complex technology projects in support of the TXNM Energy strategic plan.
Responsibilities- Perform opportunity analysis of future business projects and application requirements for low‑level complexity projects.
- Assist with client testing, training, and system implementation.
- Develop business and technical specification documents.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend best solutions.
- Conduct peer reviews of business and technical documents.
- Facilitate requirement reviews with technical and business staff.
- Track project benefits and budgets.
- Monitor project processes to ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery.
- Capture lessons learned at project close.
- Preferred experience supporting projects from inception to close, including scheduling, meeting coordination, note taking, and support of a Senior PM/BA.
- Bachelor's degree with one to three years related experience, or equivalent combination.
- Basic knowledge of fundamentals of project finance, budgeting, accounting, document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management.

- Track and measure project benefits.
- Proactively manage stakeholders, expectations, and consensus building.
- Monitor project processes for timely, budget‑on‑target delivery.
- Manage project team and resolve conflicts.
- Regularly inform stakeholders of progress, health, and budget.
- Manage basic aspects of the project budget.
- Capture lessons learned at project close.
- Preferred experience managing low‑to‑medium complexity projects from inception to close, including developing business and technical requirements and concurrently managing multi‑million‑dollar projects.
- Working knowledge of project finance, budgeting, accounting, document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management.

- Preferred experience managing medium‑to‑high complexity projects from inception to close, including developing business and technical requirements and concurrently managing multi‑million‑dollar projects.
- Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams.
- Minimum 2‑year experience with project finance, budgeting, accounting, document control, scheduling, cost control, project management.
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico or Lewisville, Texas
Travel ~5% of time. Office environment.
