Continuous Vetting Analyst
The primary responsibility of the Continuous Vetting (CV) Analyst is to review documentation and process information assigned to specific subjects in accordance with contractual requirements. This position supports the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) contract that reports to the Defense and Intel Operating Group.
Key Role/Responsibilities- Review Continuous Vetting Alerts submitted from various sources.
- Using a wide range of available resources, confirm whether the alert is new, valid, and belongs to the subject.
- Identify and document the issue that generated the alert.
- Provide any and all additional actions that would be required to ensure that the issue is resolved.
- Input case & subject information into multiple systems & databases.
- If necessary, schedule an investigation and all required items, and prepare the case for Field Investigators.
- Cross‑train and assist with processing other department functions as needed.
- Maintain minimum quality and production standards in assigned function.
- Complete other assignments/projects as needed to support department, contract or business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two (2) years of industry (government contracting) or administrative experience.
- Ability to type 40 words per minute.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Office or other compatible applications.
- Effectively communicate with team members both written and verbal.
- Ability to interpret procedure manuals, email correspondence and instructions.
- Ability to manage and complete work assignments independently or with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Schedules are dependent on workload and may require availability outside of core hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be willing to work on‑site as needed.
- Must consent to a government background investigation. Contract requires US Citizenship, due to nature of work performed.
- Must be able to work a 40+ hour schedule.
- Must reside within 1 hour driving time of Boyers, PA.
Work will be performed primarily remote and on‑site at Iron Mountain, Boyers, PA. Work location will be determined based on job function, workload needs and leadership approval.
Physical Requirements- Work is performed using company‑furnished laptop or desktop. The position requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk extended distance to the work department when working on‑site or use of bus transportation.
- Other physical activity may include reaching, bending, lifting, finger dexterity and repetitive motion.
