Job Summary

Tutulu LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Program Scheduler/EVMS Analyst L2 position. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success.

As a Program Scheduler/EVMS Analyst Level 2, you will assist in the development, maintenance, and integration of program plans and schedules. This role supports program compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements, maintains detailed schedules, consolidates them into the Integrated Master Schedule, identifies and troubleshoots potential scheduling problems, and provides direct support to the Program Management Office (PMO) and Control Account Managers on schedule reviews, EVMS processes, and integrated baseline reviews.

Skills/Experience Required

  • Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility
  • 5+ years of relevant DoD work with practical hands‑on experience in contracts and subcontracting
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a SAP and or SCI environment, and worked within the last five years
  • May be required to consent and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Works well independently and as part of a team under general supervision
  • Familiarity with the design and development of systems complying with DoD contracts
  • Experience supporting the development and maintenance of compliant schedules using Earned Value Management
  • Ability to understand Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and help organize schedules accordingly
  • Assisting in analyzing project schedules to provide status updates
  • Maintaining the program master schedule for active projects
  • Following and updating existing processes and procedures for schedule management
  • Assisting program managers in correctly updating their schedules
  • Participating in the consolidation of schedules to ensure work plans are included in the Integrated Master Schedule
  • Monitoring and reviewing project schedules, including resources, interdependencies, and risks
  • Participating in weekly program and schedule reviews
  • Providing planning assistance to program managers as needed
  • Ensuring program compliance with EVMS requirements based on EIA 748 standards
  • Supporting the PMO and Control Account Managers on the implementation of EVMS processes
  • Reviewing EVMS artifacts such as Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), and Work Authorization Documents (WAD)
  • Possibly assisting in preparing documentation for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
  • Supporting program Integrated Baseline Reviews (I ) and internal EVMS compliance reviews
  • Maintaining internal process documentation and procedures
  • Communicating with the project team to keep them informed of key issues
  • Other duties as assigned

Security Clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high‑level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have sufficient mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties efficiently. It may include lifting up to thirty pounds as necessary. Occasional operation of a government vehicle may be required.
