The Stakeholder Manager provides on-site support and data reconciliation for the Nuclear Certification Web-based Life Cycle Management Process-Integrated Data Environment (LCMP-IDE). The role involves technical knowledge of research and process definition, interfacing, updating system handbooks, and training for both client and contractor teams. Responsibilities include creating and managing user accounts, providing program training, ensuring current configuration data, and making experience-based recommendations to project leadership.

• Interface with organization and integrated product teams, establish contacts at each location, and provide oversight.
• Maintain user accounts and permissions.
• Provide training to users and support the Air Force client and cloud-based system.
• Recommend improvements to project leadership based on experience.

• 2+ years as a software engineer or developer.
• Experience with program or IT project management.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Dev Ops.
• Knowledge of Web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Top Secret clearance required.

• Knowledge of DoD and DoE acquisition processes, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of AF Instructions and Manuals.
• Ability to work confidently with and present to senior ranking officials.
• Master’s degree.

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for classified information;
Top Secret clearance is required.

Annualized salary range: $69,400.00 to $ (USD).
