Role Overview

Job summary:

• 5-8 years in utility industry with extensive knowledge in CIS, billing processes, meter to cash processes

• Strong business analysis skills and documentation skills (able to create a business requirements document, functional specification etc.)

• Working knowledge on Banner product

• Strong knowledge of database technologies and willingness to learn multiple technologies including Pro
* C, Shell scripting, Automic etc.

Experience:

5-8 yrs

Top 3 Must Haves:

1. Extensive knowledge in CIS, billing processes, meter to cash processes

2. Strong Technical knowledge on Oracle database SQL, PLSQL, Unix shell scripting, Oracle forms, Automic job scheduler

3. Knowledge of Banner Product

Required Skills:

PL/SQL, Automic, Shell scripting, ANSI SQL

Nice to have skills:
Oracle Forms for Banner Sme

1. Pro
* C, PL/SQL, Linux Shell scription with Utility Experience

2. Cobol with SQL, PL/SQL, Linux shell scripting with Utility Experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ability to schedule and conduct meetings with business and IT stakeholders.

• Ability to analyze any system exceptions and simulate the problem/ticket.

• Ability to co-ordinate and work with offshore development team

• Should be able to analyze and provide technical solutions for different Banner processes.

• Should be able to help NMGC and cognizant upgrade teams with techno-functional knowledge.
