As a Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager (PM), you’ll lead Agile teams delivering cloud-native data and digital solutions in support of national security missions.

Responsibilities- Operate at the intersection of program management and technical delivery, guiding Agile execution, managing priorities, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders, engineers, and mission users.
- Translate complex technical efforts into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and mission impact.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies, drive delivery accountability, remove blockers, and ensure teams operate efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support the development of scalable data platforms, APIs, and analytics capabilities in a secure cloud environment.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to shape the future of enterprise data and digital platforms.
- 3+ years of experience supporting IT programs or technical project delivery
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Technical PM, or Agile Delivery Lead
- Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops
- Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) systems, directives, and policies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting data platforms, analytics programs, or AI/ML initiatives
- Experience with Dev Sec Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, or Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git Lab, or similar Agile or Dev Ops platforms
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and cloud-native delivery models
- Knowledge of data engineering or data science concepts such as ETL or ELT pipelines, data lakes, or analytics workflows
- Possession of excellent communication skills
- Agile or Scrum Certification such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000 to $141,000 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
