Blue Alliance in Albuquerque is seeking a Support Engineer I to provide technical assistance by phone or ticketing system, with onsite support as needed. You will follow documented procedures, monitor ticket queues, and uphold SLAs while delivering timely resolutions.
You will document work in the ticketing system, escalate issues per IT Glue protocols, and occasionally travel 50-75% to engage with clients onsite.
