Oracle Hcm Cloud Functional Consultant
Type: 1099 Contract (70/hr) MAY REQUIRE TRAVEL TO NEW MEXICO
Overview:
Stafford Gray is supporting a client engagement requiring a seasoned Oracle Hcm Cloud functional consultant with expertise in Core Hr and Performance Management. The consultant will work directly with senior client stakeholders to support configuration, business process design, and functional guidance across these modules.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as functional lead for Oracle Hcm Cloud Core Hr and Performance Management modules
- Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on solution design
- Configure and support Oracle Hcm Core Hr and Performance business processes
- Translate business requirements into system configuration and process recommendations
- Support testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off
