Lead – Enterprise-wide Business Systems Analysis

Worker Type Regular Job Description The role of Operations Data and Digital Transformation Lead serves as the key bridge between Operations and IT/Digital Business Transformation (DBT).

• Manages design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow
• Reviews and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
• Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates.
• Senior management reviews objectives to determine success of operation.
• Involved in developing, modifying & executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect
• Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
• Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
• Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
• Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
• Demonstrates ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations and fostering business partnerships

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related discipline is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 8 years demonstrated experience in managing the design, development and implementation of ERP systems, solutions and products (Oracle preferred)
• 8+ years related work experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Completion of various Oracle certifications/classes and APICS certifications
• Demonstrated project management skills and expertise in project portfolio management principles

• M.S. Degree preferred
• Uses vision to think beyond the immediate situation, explore multiple potential paths, and adapt decision-making style based on the situational circumstances
• Inspires, motivates, and empowers people to deliver organizational goals, while also delivering value back to employees
• Brings organizational values to life using personality, uniqueness and the creation of a shared vision

Ability to work in an office environment (Constant) Required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent)

The salary range for this role is: $101,000 - $154,000
