Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced onsite AV/VC Operations Tier 3 Technician in Albuquerque. The role requires excellent video conferencing troubleshooting and escalation to Tier 1/2 teams.
You will support conference rooms, Crestron hardware, LED walls, and related AV systems in a fast-paced enterprise setting. You will work closely with the client SME to ensure AV systems are configured correctly, documented, and maintained per schedule.
