MMIS​/MES Account & Delivery Leader

Conduent seeks an MMIS/MES Account & Delivery Leader to own delivery and client satisfaction for large Medicaid and health IT programs. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement and operate MMIS/MES platforms, ensure SLA performance, and manage budgets, risks, and compliance. This role partners closely with government clients, driving digital transformation, process automation, and continuous improvement while mentoring teams and supporting growth opportunities in a data-driven, performance-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead MMIS/MES client accounts, ensuring delivery of contracted services and SLAs
• Oversee implementation, enhancement, and operations of Medicaid and health IT solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and client services
• Serve as primary client liaison, managing expectations, issues, and escalations
• Monitor performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, and implement best practices
• Develop account plans, roadmaps, and value-added solutions for government healthcare clients
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning for assigned accounts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards
• Support proposals, renewals, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Mentor and develop delivery teams, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration
