Rocket Lab is seeking a Lead, IT Support to oversee the regional Service Desk operations on-site at locations including Albuquerque, NM. You will lead a team of up to 10 IT staff, ensure SLA-rich service delivery, and coordinate with Infrastructure, Launch, and Cybersecurity teams to strengthen operations.
The role requires hands-on IT expertise across Windows/Linux, Active Directory, scripting, Microsoft 365, networking, and virtualization/cloud, plus ITIL and Jira/Service Now experience.
