Vigor Care Pediatric Services is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position, with a work schedule of 40 hours per week. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and maintaining the company's IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and resolving network connectivity problems
- Maintain and update the company's IT systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email, printers, and other IT equipment
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and manuals
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technology and improve existing systems
- Train employees on new software and technology as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to all employees regarding IT issues and updates
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
