We are currently seeking a highly motivated mid to senior level Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in support of a highly technical engineering organization and fast-paced product development environment. This is not a traditional help desk role.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, identifying root causes, and implementing scalable solutions that improve reliability and efficiency. Success in this role requires the ability to work across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments while supporting cloud-based infrastructure, development tooling, and automation initiatives.

• Administer and support Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, including provisioning, configuration, and automation of systems and development environments.
• Manage user access, authentication, permissions, and security controls across local and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and support networking infrastructure, including DNS, routing, VPNs, firewalls, subnets, security groups, and connectivity issues.
• Support engineering teams with infrastructure, development tools, and containerized environments, including building, maintaining, and optimizing Docker containers and container images.
• Administer and support AWS and/or Azure cloud environments and develop Bash and Power Shell scripts to automate operational and infrastructure processes.
