Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an  
** Experienced Procurement Agent**   **(Level
3)
** to join our  
** Supply Chain Team
** in either  
** Albuquerque, New Mexico, Kennedy Space Center, Florida
** or  
** Seal Beach, California** .

* Position Responsibilities:

*
* + Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies

+ Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions

+ Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements

+ Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management

+ Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance

+ Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies

** This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.*
* ** Shift:*
* This position is for 1st shift.

** NASA Access (for Kennedy Space Center, FL):*
* This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.

** This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.**  (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post Start is required.)

** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):*
* + More than 1year of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):*
* + Bachelor's degree or higher

+ More than 1 year of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer

+ More than 1 year of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)

** Typical Education/

Experience:

*
* Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range NM; FL: $88,400 - $109,200

Summary pay range CA: $94,350 - $116,550
