Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Procurement Agent (Level
3) to join our Supply Chain Team in either Albuquerque, New Mexico
, Kennedy Space Center, Florida or Seal Beach, California
.

• Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies
• Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions
• Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
• Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management
• Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
• Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Shift: 1st shift.

NASA Access (for Kennedy Space Center, FL): This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.

Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post-Start is required.

• More than 1 year of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• More than 1 year of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
• More than 1 year of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)

Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary pay range NM; FL: $88,400 - $109,200

Summary pay range CA: $94,350 - $116,550
