Operations Supervisor
**** FLSA STATUS:
Part-time/On call, hourly, Non-Exempt*
* ** Summary
* * Under general supervision, performs routine custodian/housekeeping work while cleaning and caring for the facility building. Conducts general cleaning and upkeep of buildings, including restrooms, buffing, dusting and sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of floors. Washes windows, as well as clean-up of the facility during and after events.
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Perform cleaning and janitorial tasks as required or assigned.  These include, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, washing and waxing.
* Empty trash and wastebaskets.  Transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas.
* Assist with event clean-up.
* Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
* Organize and properly store all equipment and supplies assigned to individual.
* Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
** Education and/or Experience
*** High school diploma or GED, preferred.
* Experience in similar facility setting preferred.

* Skills and Abilities

*** Perform routine and repetitive housekeeping tasks without immediate supervision.
* Understand and follow simple instructions.
* Work with minimal supervision.
* Tolerant to work under adverse outdoor conditions including extreme heat or cold and exposure to heavy dust, dirt and cleaning agent odors.
* Use machine, supplies and equipment used to clean the facility.
* Meet the physical demands of the job in order to mop, sweep, buff, dust and climb.
* Perform heavy lifting at times 10-50 lbs.
