Building Maintenance Worker –
City of Albuquerque
Albuquerque, NM
Hourly: $18.00 - $22.00
Responsibilities- Clean and perform routine maintenance and repair of physical structures, mechanical systems and facilities; perform basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, welding, roofing, and masonry tasks; run errands and procure materials as necessary.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two (2) years semi-skilled building maintenance and repair experience.
- Education directly related to the minimum requirements may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
