PRIMARY FUNCTION
We are seeking an experienced scheduler‑dispatcher to forecast and deploy the project‑focused labor, equipment, and other resources that make up our commercial furniture service and installation business. An ideal candidate has a project management background with experience in coordinating numerous variables over time. Consideration of both customer satisfaction and financial impact are essential, with the flexibility and adaptability to accommodate unforeseen changes when necessary.
Organization, communication, and analytical problem‑solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Monday‑Friday:
Between 6:00am and 4:00pm, based on business needs
Approximately 45‑50 hours/week
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Communicates/Collaborates Effectively

:

- 3‑5 years of experience in a dispatch‑based role
- 3‑5 years of supervisory / management experience
- Strong technology skills: ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite and learn proprietary work‑order system
- Previous Commercial Furniture installation experience
- Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma experience
- Knowledge of major systems furniture lines
