• 2 years of related experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• 6 months of assistant manager, shift lead, or line lead experience.

Full-time

Thursday, Friday & Monday, 10:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday & Sunday, 7:00am to 3:00pm

Array Corporation is seeking an Operations Lead to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Oversee site operations and ensure all roles (Drivers, Cleaners, Leads) are working effectively.
• Provide real-time coaching — call out strong performance and correct issues on the spot.
• Relay updates, challenges, and successes to the Delivery Manager.
• Help organize staffing coverage and give input on scheduling needs.
• Support team members by jumping in when needed to keep things moving.
• Promote a safe and professional work environment every day.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Reliability – you show up on time and set the standard for others.
• Clear communication and organization skills, especially under pressure.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.

• A valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Clean driving record (MVR review required).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Employees must undergo a pre-employment drug test.
