Job Description & How to Apply Below
About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Production Manager to run daily field operations and support crews on-site. This role works directly under our Director of Field Operations and owns job execution, crew accountability, and real-time problem solving in the field.
This is not a desk job. You must be able to walk onto a jobsite Day One, read plans, and lead with confidence.

- Read and interpret blueprints (required)
- Communicate with superintendents, inspectors, and crews
- Solve jobsite issues in real time and prevent rework
- Hold crews accountable to quality, schedule, and safety
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
- Travel to out-of-town jobs as needed
- 4+ years hands-on construction experience
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Jobsite leadership experience
- Backbone to lead crews and make decisions
- Strong work ethic with early starts and long days when needed
- Safety-focused and detail-oriented
- Commercial construction experience
- Equipment operation and trailer experience
- Spanish-speaking (plus, not required)

- Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
- Proficient typing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email, and related tools

- Clear, direct communicator on job sites, over the phone, and in writing

- Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, email, and basic job documentation tools
- You need to be micromanaged or reminded to finish tasks
- You avoid hard conversations or struggle to hold crews accountable
- You blame office staff, sales, weather, or crews instead of solving problems
- You’re uncomfortable being on job sites early, staying late, or getting your boots dirty
- You don’t follow through on details, documentation, or commitments
- You get defensive when challenged or coached
- You expect a desk job instead of field leadership
