JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a technical Program Manager. Join this dynamic small company where you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our aerospace programs. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Program Planning & Execution:
Lead comprehensive program planning from inception through delivery, including development of baseline schedules and milestone definition
Customer Deliverables Management:
Oversee the development and timely delivery of customer SRDLs, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met
Design Review Coordination:
Plan, organize, and facilitate critical design reviews throughout the program lifecycle
Schedule Management:
Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, tracking performance against baselines and managing Expected Time to Complete (ETC)
Contract & Scope Management:
Provide expert knowledge of contract content and statement of work requirements
Customer Relations:
Function as the company's primary customer program representative, ensuring quality requirements are met or exceeded
Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify program issues and lead resolution processes

Preference would be an engineer that has some experience as an associate PM or an actual PM.
Experience successfully either having led or been part of a team that has done similar work.
Education or EquivalentExperience:
- Bachelor of Science (BS), Engineering or Program Management plus 5 years’ experience as a Program Manager.
Technical background in aerospace industry highly desirable
