Corporate Director of Retail

Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Director of Retail to lead and elevate our growing portfolio of retail, convenience store, and fuel operations. Reporting directly to the COO, this executive leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, profitability, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences across multiple locations. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of multi-unit retail leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to translate vision into results while fostering a culture centered on safety, service, accountability, and continuous improvement.

As Corporate Director of Retail, you will oversee all aspects of retail and fuel operations, including full P&L responsibility, strategic planning, budgeting, merchandising, fuel management, compliance, vendor partnerships, and talent development. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all locations. We are seeking an accomplished leader with 10+ years of progressive retail, convenience store, fuel, hospitality, or multi-unit operations experience, including senior-level management responsibility.
