Role DescriptionThe Project Manager role at Mosher Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Albuquerque, NM. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing electrical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include managing schedules, resources, and subcontractors; monitoring project progress; conducting site inspections; and resolving issues that could impact timelines or quality.
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and support continuous improvement in project execution.
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure materials, equipment, and documentation are delivered on time.
- Inspection experience, with the ability to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate deliveries, manage inventory, and support efficient field operations.
- Prior experience in construction, electrical contracting, or engineering environments is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and project documentation.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site and with diverse teams.
- Proficiency with project management software and standard office productivity tools.
- Relevant education or certifications in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field are beneficial.
