HVAC Manager Responsibilities:

• Champion best‑in‑class service standards that ensure every customer receives exceptional care.
• Improve conversion rates, maintenance completion, system reliability, and customer satisfaction through disciplined execution.
• Coach technicians to identify customer needs, present solutions, and build trust that leads to natural sales opportunities.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high‑performing team focused on craftsmanship, communication, and professionalism.
• Create a supportive environment where technicians feel valued, supported, and excited to grow their careers.
• Strengthen workflows, safety practices, and service systems to maximize efficiency and consistency.
• Work closely with dispatch, install, and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Represent ACE Home Services as a trusted, service‑first leader in the Albuquerque community.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years managing or supervising HVAC service/sales teams.
• 1+ years overseeing budgets, revenue, or P&L performance.
• A commitment to quality work, customer care, and technician development.
• Ability to coach technicians on presenting solutions that genuinely benefit customers.
• Hands‑on understanding of field operations and technical challenges.
• Clear, confident leadership with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to anticipate issues and create effective, scalable solutions.
