Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.

At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.

We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.

We’re looking for an Executive Director to lead Community Life at Mariposa in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, an established community of approximately 900–1,000 homes with future development anticipated to bring continued growth.

This role calls for a strong people leader and community connector who can build trust, develop a team, strengthen partnerships, and confidently move both day-to-day operations and larger community projects forward. The Executive Director will work closely with residents, board members, the developer, vendors, and the on-site team while providing overall leadership for community operations, governance, engagement, communications, facilities, and financial performance.

These areas of ownership are also central to the underlying job description.

This is an opportunity for a leader who listens first, brings people together, holds others accountable with respect, and turns complex needs into thoughtful action.

If you’re a confident, collaborative leader who knows how to build relationships, develop people, manage competing priorities, and create momentum in a community, we’d love to meet you.
