Oversee shift operations and ensure guest service, quality, and safety for the Albuquerque store;
Supervise and train team members on assigned shift to maintain proper guest service, product quality, and safety standards;
Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily paperwork using the POS system;
Ensure labor laws are adhered to including scheduling and breaks;
Complete opening and closing duties and shift checklists
