Job Title:
Production Worker - Day and Night Shift
As a production worker, you will assist the printing press operator by running automated machines that print on bags and pouches. This role is physically demanding, requiring you to lift between 40-50 pounds. You will work closely with the press operator to load materials into machines, including rolls of material and ink, and handle both loading and unloading tasks.
Responsibilities- Assist the printing press operator in running automated machines.
- Load and unload materials such as rolls of material and ink.
- Maintain a clean work area during downtime.
- Learn to move materials around the plant and perform mounting tasks.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player.
- Experience in production and general production tasks.
- Competency in inspection, packing, and using a tape measure.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
- Ability to assemble and package products.
- Familiarity with forklift operation, cleaning, and blueprint reading.
- Proficiency in using power tools and handling inventory.
Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and experience in production line operations.
- Ability to perform material handling, picking, and labelling.
- Visual inspection skills.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albuquerque, NM.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.25 - $15.25/hr.
