Quality & Receiving Technician

We're looking for a hands‑on Quality & Receiving Technician to help make sure parts, materials, and finished work meet customer and quality requirements. This is a shop‑floor role that works closely with production and supports ISO, AS9100, and NADCAP requirements.

• Receive and inspect customer parts, materials, and supplies
• Check packing slips, POs, and certifications to make sure everything matches
• Inspect parts during receiving, production, and final shipment
• Make sure parts are labeled correctly, counted right, and fully traceable
• Spot problems, tag bad parts, and report issues right away
• Work with supervisors and operators to fix quality issues
• Help with internal audits and customer or cert audits
• Talk with customers when there are part issues or questions
• Keep inspection tools and equipment in good working order
• Run a forklift to unload, move, and stage jobs
• Help train new employees and support quality improvements

• 3+ years in a quality role in an ISO/AS9100 and NADCAP shop (metal finishing is a plus)
• Forklift experience loading/unloading and staging work
• Comfortable using basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communicator who isn't afraid to speak up about quality
• Able to handle a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful shop environment

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, bend, twist, and work around chemicals and varying temperatures

• Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Friday, 7:00 am - 2:00 pm; occasional overtime may be needed.
