Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Learn to use the ERP system
• Enter Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
• Prepare Production Reports, Review Graphics
• Prepare and scrutinize all Production Orders before issuing them for production
• Enter completed Production Orders, time, components used, and maintain Excel files
• Prepare shipping pick ticket(s), Bill of Lading, and other shipping documents
• Send Shipping Report and Compliance Sheet once goods are shipped
• Cycle count raw materials and finished goods, and maintain inventory of materials
• Perform monthly physical inventory
• Approve and sign-off on bags for the Converting Department
• Perform random quality checks on production lines
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while performing your duties
• Schedule items for production
• Coordinate customer needs with internal departments to assure timely delivery of finished product.

• Related production experience and/or knowledge of printing and graphics helpful
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is very important
• Any and all ability to view color separations is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other PC programs
• Highly attentive to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized
• Willing to work overtime including weekends
• Be a TEAM PLAYER
