Second Shift Production Worker for Manufacturing job in Albuquerque
We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Worker to assist in the development, scale-up, and production of powders and other security-based products. The work involves operational assignments and procedures related to powder and tag production under general supervision and guidance.
Responsibilities- Operate, maintain, clean, and troubleshoot proprietary production equipment.
- Mix materials, formulate recipes, produce powders, and conduct thermal post-processing for various powder types.
- Conduct wet chemistry-based synthesis of unique taggant materials.
- Ensure consistent quality for long-run material campaigns.
- Demonstrate flexibility to shift between high-volume manufacturing and one-off R&D sample generation.
- Maintain high operating efficiency while observing the highest quality, safety, and security standards.
- Assist in planning, synthesis, processing, and testing of products.
- Hands-on experience in production facility
- Manufacturing experience with mechanical aptitude for machines
- Basic math skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Computer experience
- Weighing, measuring, and handling materials experience
- Forklift experience is a plus

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Albuquerque, NM.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.24 - $19.24/hr.
