Second Shift Production Worker for Manufacturing job in Albuquerque

We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Worker to assist in the development, scale-up, and production of powders and other security-based products. The work involves operational assignments and procedures related to powder and tag production under general supervision and guidance.

• Operate, maintain, clean, and troubleshoot proprietary production equipment.
• Mix materials, formulate recipes, produce powders, and conduct thermal post-processing for various powder types.
• Conduct wet chemistry-based synthesis of unique taggant materials.
• Ensure consistent quality for long-run material campaigns.
• Demonstrate flexibility to shift between high-volume manufacturing and one-off R&D sample generation.
• Maintain high operating efficiency while observing the highest quality, safety, and security standards.
• Assist in planning, synthesis, processing, and testing of products.

• Hands-on experience in production facility
• Manufacturing experience with mechanical aptitude for machines
• Basic math skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Computer experience
• Weighing, measuring, and handling materials experience
• Forklift experience is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Albuquerque, NM.

The pay range for this position is $19.24 - $19.24/hr.
