VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Fiberglass Technician for a leading organization in Rio Rancho, NM.

This is a Full‑Time, Temp‑to‑Hire Opportunity.

Schedule:

Mon‑Friday 7am‑3:30pm.

$18 per hour.

• Perform fiberglass and composite repairs on aircraft components to ensure structural integrity.
• Apply wet lay‑up techniques using epoxy resins and fiberglass or carbon cloth.
• Utilize tooling and fixtures to facilitate accurate and effective repairs.
• Assist with pre‑preg, vacuum bagging, and spray painting tasks as needed.
• Ensure all repairs meet stringent quality and safety standards.

• At least 1 year of experience in fiberglass or composite repair.
• Proficiency with wet lay‑up techniques, epoxy resins, and fiberglass or carbon cloth.
• Familiarity with pre‑preg and vacuum bagging processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of spray painting techniques is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
