Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Module Group Leader (MGL) for its Dry Etch department in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers to transfer new products to manufacturing and ensure high productivity while maintaining safety and quality.
The MGL will manage operations, drive technology development, and optimize manufacturing processes. Candidates should have a STEM degree and relevant leadership experience in wafer fabrication and Dry Etch processes.
