Perform MIG welding on structural steel in accordance with AWS D1.1 standards;
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to determine specifications;
Fit up steel components accurately prior to welding;
Use grinding tools and other fabrication equipment to finish welded assemblies;
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all shop safety procedures
