Hiring Packaging Associates – Albuquerque, New Mexico

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is looking for Packaging Associates to work at a Global Manufacturing Company specializing in Medical Devices.

2nd shift payrate: $17.60 per hour

2nd shift schedule: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday‑Friday

• Preloading machines and sorting final parts
• Packing and packing out parts; frequency depends on product code and batch size
• Inspecting the quality of parts for defects
• Assembling products using approved tools and procedures
• Maintaining accurate records manually and using computer systems
• Maintaining a safe working environment

• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Able to follow detailed verbal/written instructions.
• Proficient with a personal computer, including Windows for training purposes.
• Proven dexterity—hand, wrist, finger movements without issues.
• Experience in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Stable work history.
