CVI Infrared Optics is looking for a Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the manufacturing operations during the second shift. This role includes overseeing production activities across various processes, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and technical manufacturing knowledge, with at least 7 years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment. You will also be responsible for mentoring a team of technicians and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
