Responsibilities
- Supervise remote Field Technicians
- Provide general and technical training and guidance to team members
- Ensure effective resource allocation for program needs
- Proactively obtain customer feedback
- Install, repair, configure, and maintain equipment
- Travel up to 100% to remote sites
- Lift items up to 32lbs and work at heights
- Ability to obtain FAA Public Trust Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
- Experience with fiber, multiplexes, network topology, etc.
- Experience with cable connectors and replacement including RJ-11, RJ-45, DB-25, V.35, RS-449
- Experience with power testing, AD and DC
- Experience with network and circuit testing (T1, DS3, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft or UNIX operating systems
- CCNA, CCNP, A+, MCP or MCDST, Dell Certified
