You join a team-oriented, safety-focused manufacturing operation that values reliability, teamwork, and growth. The rotating schedule provides extended blocks of time off, supporting work-life balance. You will have opportunities to cross-train, build new skills on production equipment and heavy machinery, and progress into higher-level operator roles in a stable industrial environment.
Work EnvironmentYou will work in a large manufacturing facility that is not temperature regulated, so conditions can vary with the seasons. The environment is highly team oriented and safety focused, with a strong emphasis on following procedures and maintaining a clean, orderly production floor. The schedule requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts on a rotating basis: training occurs on day shift for approximately one month, followed by a standard rotation where you work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for part of the month and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM for the other part.
The pattern typically follows 4 days on, 4 days off, then 4 days…
