Compensation: $69,200 - $103,800 annually
Relocation Assistance: Available
Schedule: 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM with flexibility to support alternate shifts and weekends as business needs require
We are seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Supervisor to provide leadership and operational support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will play a key role in supporting a newly implemented second shift by leading production teams, driving operational performance, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a proven manufacturing leader with experience managing hourly production employees, driving results, and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop hourly manufacturing employees.
- Manage daily production activities to ensure achievement of safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives.
- Drive employee engagement, accountability, and performance improvement.
- Identify and resolve production challenges while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience:
- Directly supervising hourly manufacturing employees.
- Coaching and developing team members.
- Managing employee performance and accountability.
- Addressing performance concerns through constructive feedback and corrective action.
Must have experience leading production operations with responsibility for:
- Safety performance
- Productivity targets
