This individual contributor partners with production, engineering, and site leadership to identify waste, improve safety, quality, and throughput.
The role, Lean Engineer II, leads rapid improvement events, develops KPIs, and trains teams on lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, TPM, SMED).
