Array Technologies is hiring two Press Pack Operators for the first shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM) and two for the second shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM). Training for all four positions will occur during the first shift, with second shift teammates transitioning after training.
Safe and efficient packing of stamped parts is the focus, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to Array's standards. You will participate in 5-S, changeovers, crane and forklift operations, and continuous improvement activities.
