BCforward is seeking a Bars Changeover Specialist (Lean Manufacturing Changeover Specialist) for a contract of about 1 year 7 months at our Albuquerque site. The role focuses on changeover improvements for the Chewy Bars platform, applying process mapping, value stream mapping, 5 whys, and fishbones to reduce changeover time while maintaining safety and quality.
