Baker, Manufacturing ​/ Production

As a Baker with ARAMARK in Food & Beverage Operations, you will produce high-quality breads, pastries, and desserts for guests in a fast-paced environment. You'll scale and mix ingredients, proof and bake products, and ensure consistent quality and presentation while following strict food safety and sanitation standards. Working as part of a collaborative, inclusive team, you will help plan daily production, manage inventory rotation, and maintain clean, safe equipment and work areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, and desserts following Aramark recipes and quality standards.
• Measure, mix, proof, bake, and finish products to ensure consistency and freshness.
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and allergen-control procedures.
• Operate and clean ovens, mixers, and other commercial baking equipment safely.
• Manage daily production schedules and par levels to meet service demand.
• Rotate and label ingredients and finished goods to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to support menus and special events.
• Follow company safety, ethical, and cleanliness standards at all times.
