Intel Corporation in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager/Shift Group Leader for the Wafer Packaging NM Die Sort team. This role leads Compressed Work Week technicians on Shift 4, three 12.5-hour shifts plus a fourth every other week, with some off-shift flexibility.
You will own safety, quality, scheduling, and performance, develop maintenance plans, coordinate across units, and coach technicians on problem solving and process improvement on the factory floor.
