Senior Production Supervisor

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

A major manufacturer of large, highly engineered products with a strong backlog and long-term production demand is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor for its metro Albuquerque, NM operation, one of two major manufacturing facilities supporting this division. This is a highly visible, hands-on manufacturing leadership role overseeing people and production in a large-scale environment involving welding, fabrication, assembly, and industrial finishing.

• Lead frontline production teams in a large-scale manufacturing environment
• Own responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, and productivity
• Develop and coach the people around you
• Spend time on the production floor working alongside frontline leaders and employees
• Solve problems and remove obstacles to keep production moving safely and effectively
• Support operations across multiple shifts, including occasional overtime and weekend coverage

• Progressive experience taking on greater responsibility in manufacturing leadership
• Demonstrated ability to get results through people, not just manage a schedule
• Experience in welding, fabrication, assembly, heavy manufacturing, or similarly complex operations
• Comfortable working in a demanding, high-volume manufacturing environment with multiple shifts, occasional overtime, and weekend coverage
• Background as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Weld/Fabrication Supervisor, or similar frontline leadership role

• Bachelor's degree preferred, though demonstrated manufacturing leadership matters more
