Job Summary
We are hiring a QA Control & Packaging Inspector for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Albuquerque, NM. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented candidate who enjoys hands-on production work, quality inspection, and ensuring finished products meet established standards before shipment.
The QA Control & Packaging Inspector will support a structured manufacturing and packaging environment where accuracy, safety, documentation, and teamwork are essential. Key Responsibilities- Perform online AQL inspections on finished products to verify quality and compliance with established standards.
- Inspect labeling and cartoning of finished products for accuracy, completeness, and presentation.
- Conduct incoming inspections of production components such as vials, stoppers, seals, filters, and related materials.
- Follow safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and established production procedures.
- Complete routine inspection reports, documentation, and quality records accurately and on time.
- Support a clean, organized, and efficient production and packaging work area.
- Pay: $17.00 per hour.

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. - Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.

- Perform quality inspections of finished products, packaging, labeling, and cartoning.
- Inspect incoming production components for accuracy, condition, and compliance.
- Document inspection results and follow established production and safety procedures.
- Support daily quality control and packaging operations in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Three months of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues or inconsistencies.
- Ability to complete routine reports and documentation accurately.
- Dependable attendance, good communication skills, and a team-oriented work style.
- Prior manufacturing, production, packaging, inspection, or quality control experience preferred for success in the role.
- Experience performing AQL inspections or working in a quality control environment.
- Previous experience with packaging, labeling, cartoning, or component inspection.
- Familiarity with production components such as vials, stoppers, seals, filters, or similar materials.
- Experience working in a regulated, procedure-driven manufacturing or production setting.
